All clinics are held on a first-come, first-served, basis with the following exceptions:
1) Cats will be seen upon their arrival and completion of the necessary paperwork. Cat owners should notify an SCVVC staff member of their presence immediately upon their arrival at any of our clinics. They will then be directed to the respective area accordingly. Cats should arrive during the first half-hour of the scheduled clinic.
2) People who have a physical condition which limits their ability to stand in line for a prolonged period of time will be taken to the front of the line. If you have such a condition, please notify one of our SCVVC staff members upon your arrival to the clinic.
3) In warmer weather, we will see certain breeds of dogs first which are those having "flat" faces such as Bull Dogs, Boxers, Pugs, Pekingese, Boston Terriers, and mixed breeds having flat faces, which are prone to over-heating very rapidly which can be life-threatening.
