"On the Road Saving Lives"
We provide affordable dental services for dogs & cats. Our mobile dental clinics are held by appointment only. Please view our website CALENDAR for our clinic locations and dates. We are in the process of adding more locations, so if you don't see a clinic scheduled in your area at this time, we encourage you to please check back soon.
We have only a limited number of available appointments at each clinic and we schedule all appointments on a "first-call" basis. If you think your pet may need dental services, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our very best to accommodate you. We prefer that you contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org; however, you may also call us at (714) 993-9193 and leave a message.
Our prophylactic services are offered at substantially reduced prices, but our concern for your pets and the quality of care we provide always remain at the highest level. We care very much about the health and safety of your pets and treat them as if they were our own beloved pets.
The average cost for our dental services is approximately $250 which includes a FREE initial exam, general anesthetic, deep cleaning, polishing, and minor/non-invasive tooth extractions if needed. The exact price depends on the overall condition of your pet's teeth. Treatment involving severe periodontal disease cases or more invasive tooth extractions may incur an additional fee depending on the extensiveness of the disease and the anticipated time it will take to complete the procedure. An estimate will be provided to you at the time of your pet's initial dental examination.
It is common that a pet with "stinky" breath may have an infection. If this is the case with your pet, we will place it on an antibiotic for approximately 7 to 14 days prior to the dental procedure. There may be a fee for the medication.
If your pet is over the age of 7 years, or sometimes in other cases, we require pre-anesthetic blood work and x-rays prior to dental cleaning. At this time we do not have an x-ray unit in our mobile vehicle, so radiographs must be performed at a regular veterinary hospital and a copy of the x-rays must be provided to us prior to scheduling your pet's appointment for the procedure.
We also require that your pet be current on its vaccinations when it is a patient in our mobile hospital. Dogs must be current on: Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella. Cats must be current on: Rabies, FVRCP & FELV. "Current" means that your pet received these vaccinations at least two weeks prior to its appointment for any procedure. You must submit proof of vaccines by providing either a vaccine certificate or a detailed invoice reflecting the types of vaccines, dates administered, and the next vaccine booster due dates.
If your pet needs any vaccines, we will be happy to administer them at any of our scheduled clinics. Simply go to the "Low-Cost Vaccine & Microchip Clinics" page under the "Clinic Services" tab on this website, then follow the instructions under "Schedule a Reservation".
Please understand that the above requirements are for the health, safety, and welfare of your pet, for other pets, and for the protection of people as well.
